Sev delivered a series of 5
workshops as part of her “Self Esteem Programme” focused on improving female
business confidence. Participants were given the opportunity to attend the whole
series, or a more flexible approach was offered to those entrepreneurs who
could only attend specific sessions. With this in mind each session was advance-planned
and tailored to meet every participant’s expectations of a flexible approach to
training. The sessions were all focused on allowing female business owners to develop
an improved work-life balance, look at ways to win more business, and learn how
to deal with and manage business and personal conflict in a positive and
assertive way.

East London Business Place – “Fit for Legacy” Programme aim is
to help local SMEs become aware of the enormous continuing opportunities from
the major development and regeneration activity in east London. They help SMEs understand the requirements of
the procurement process, and gain the confidence to bid for contracts from
buyers and larger suppliers.
The purpose is also to raise awareness among larger
organisations of the benefits of contracting from London-based SMEs and to help large
contractors and buyers fulfil their purchasing needs by
