Islington Council, Hungerford Children's Centre work with Sev Necati Training

Sev Necati worked in partnership with Hungerford Children’s Centre and Islington Council, to deliver our award winning project “Women & Young People’s Safety Solution.”

The project worked with females in the local area, parents from the school and children's centre. The females came from various backgrounds and cultures and were of mixed ability.  The project had the females engaged in discussions, around domestic and sexual violence, as well as street violence and they took part in various practical activities in self-defence.

Some of the Females Comments

“I most appreciated the awareness points.”
“I enjoyed the practical activities.”

"Sev is professional, approachable and encouraging."
"I am definitely more aware of my surroundings now and don't use my mobile phone on the street."

"The course has inspired me to know how to prevent situations."
"My overall confidence and self-esteem has increased."

"I really appreciate the physical training, as it's given me the strength to act when under pressure."

"The role plays were really enjoyable."
"I really enjoyed learning the self-defence techniques."

It would be great if you could assist our cause by taking part in a number of ways.  Our aim is to reduce violence and the fear of violence especially towards females and young people and we do this by delivering our programmes and projects to the local community.  Please contact us at: info@sevnecatitraining.com
