Sev Necati Training works with Imperial College

Sev Necati worked in partnership with Imperial College to deliver training in personal safety and conflict resolution to their wardens.  The session gave them an insight into how they could keep safe whilst working on site and also what to do if a situation escalated and they had to manage conflict.

Some Wardens Comments:
“The thing I found most useful was the information regarding the different levels of states when someone gets at an angry level.”
“Real life relevance, understanding, hands on aspect.”

“The session was very interactive. “
“I thoroughly enjoyed the background and style of information given and that we were able to practice.”

“I enjoyed the practical part and the interesting facts Sev gave to us.”
“The self-defence moves and practical aspect was very beneficial.”

“Learning new techniques to deal with and manage conflict.”

"Sev’s enthusiasm is clearly visible and appreciated.  All wardens thoroughly enjoyed the practical sessions with Sev.” Steve, Head of Learning and Development Centre
