Sev Necati worked in
partnership with City Lit to deliver awareness and avoidance training to their management,
staff and lone workers.
Staff learn to become
more aware, evaluate and diffuse situations that they may come across whilst
working alone, inside and outside of the workplace. Most staff can find themselves working late
hours and going to remote places, in addition to working with vulnerable groups
and environments that may make them exposed to conflict. Staff were able to ask questions about their
own personal fears they may have in and outside of the workplace. They took part in a practical exercises where
what they had learnt in theory they could see and use in reality.
Some Staff Comments:
“I enjoyed the interactivity of the session.”
“The scenarios and role plays were very
useful.”
“The trainer Sev was very friendly.”
“I thought that the role playing and
putting into action what we learnt was excellent.”
“The demonstrations and the energy of the
trainer were infections.”
