Sev Necati worked in partnership with Morning Side Estate and CDF, to
deliver several training programmes for young girls and boys to reduce the fear
of crime and violence. The young girls and
boys came from the local estate and area.

in personal safety and self-defence training skills.
Young people aged 8 and above were taking
part in project. They came from various
backgrounds and cultures and were of mixed ability. The young girls group especially appreciated the
knowledge and expertise of Sev as she could relate to their everyday fears of
being able to feel safe especially in their area, home and school.
