Sev Necati worked in partnership with Brent Housing Association at
Henderson House to deliver a female based workshop for local people who live on
the estate and in the local community in personal safety and self-defence.
The free programme was popular with females that took part. They were from a variety of backgrounds,
cultures, age range and abilities and those from Black, Asian and Ethic
Minority Groups (BAME). They all took
part in discussions and practical exercises in self-defence.
